Check flop. This is a really bad board for your hand.

Agreed. Plus, you also have many stronger combinations of hands to bet here that you're re-raising pre-flop like AK, QQ, JJ, TT, and even KK in a sense. KK blocks more straights and has more equity on the flop when called by stronger hands.

If you're betting the flop, then it's with the assumption that your opponent defends so many combinations that are now pair + draw type hands that he just won't fold on the flop that betting is worth the risk of him having QJ type hands. On the turn, you'd MUCH rather continue betting rather than check and have your opponent check back something like KQ and realize a lot of equity against your hand, especially when he might call a bet anyway.

Check-raising all-in would be awful with this hand because your opponent doesn't have many/any thinner value bets that would bet/call AND his range is made up many worse hands that might call a turn bet BUT won't bet when you check.

With these stack sizes and this flop, you'll want to bet larger all around. If your opponent always bets AK, TT+ pre-flop, then you have less to worry about. That said, 130bb effective or so, many people aren't getting TT-QQ or AK all-in, hence the flop check.

This sums it up nicely.

B/F is best line on turn IMO. C/C and re evaluate river is decent against aggro opponents.

When opponent flats the 3bet, his range is usually either smaller pocket pairs or suited broadway hands. The broadway hands crush this flop (and they constitute a larger percent of opponent's range than pp), so the best play is to try and get small value from the lower pp or broadway + draw hands and fold when raised.
