He is much more likely to have AA/KK/TT then anything else, and it's most likely AA/KK.

Everyone knows that I am a giant nit and that if I 4bet a guy 3betting someone else then I have AA/KK 100% of the time. But if I call, one of these suckers might hit something on the flop and get attached to it.
