100: exploitedly folding river? 100: exploitedly folding river?

Villain is 30/21 over 142 hands but pretty low AF (25%). He has c-bet 5/8 pots and 25% aggression on turn/river so I don't think he's getting out of line too much.

Think my line looks a lot like a flush draw as well so is this a fold? I floated OOP to rep some stuff if he checked back turn (based on my reads of his aggression and some stuff).

this is all really standard

i would lead the turn and go for 2 streets with your reads

as played i think its close, he'd prob expect you to fold almost all of your flop c/c range that isn't now a flush. what is the 'stuff' that made you float flop?
11-23-2011 , 05:34 AM
i like the fold.
11-23-2011 , 05:53 AM
wp imo

I don't see how flop call is good if river is a fold. And your line doesn't look like a flush draw at all. Are you really that passive c/c'ing all the way to the river with a fd? Your hand looks like AJ at best.

3bet pre,

c/r flop > call flop,

looking at turn/river AF after 142 hands, wft?
11-23-2011 , 07:03 AM
c/r flop

as played calldown. even if ppl seem passive, ssnl players in general are kneejerk aggro on bluff cards
11-23-2011 , 10:54 AM
i wouldnt fold after the flop c/c and hitting my nut turn card v someone who is playing 30/21
11-23-2011 , 11:02 AM
gotta call river
you very rarely have a flush and you range is quite weak -> villain will barrel here with air a huge percentage of the time
11-23-2011 , 11:14 AM
Flop c/c sucks imo. Your flop c/c range is weak enough without adding random OOP floats to it. I agree that c/r seems fine here or if you feel the time is not right to bluff (god forbid) c/f is even possible with no pair and king high.

call

this thread has convinced me calling is better by now. ssnl is actually getting pretty good discussions these days, cool.

flop is really bad, just cf imo

not folding after taking this flop line
11-24-2011 , 06:35 AM
against some who open almost every button flop is pretty standard
11-24-2011 , 09:33 AM
So do you want to peel flop oop and fold river after hit tpgk?
Def I call river. I think people will bet this river as a bluff a large % of the time and sometimes villain can vbet worse (QQ/AJ).
And fold or c/r flop.
