Traffic is definitely Stars with Party as a close second if you are non-US.

Softness (though with little traffic) is Players Only, IMO.

I don't think you will get informative answers here - there aren't many games running on other platforms than Stars, Full Tilt, IPoker and Party.

On the network I play there are a few soft games from 1/2 to 5/10, but I don't post it here, because I don't want somebody (half) decent in "my" games there.

I think Prima and especially Everest (non-US) have good enough traffic for PLO50. Ongame is an option, too.

SOftness, FTP is underrated since they have CAP games. Also, if you have good game selection and not that big of an MTR , Pokerstars for softness. Say u play 4tables for example. Maybe at a smaller site, they have 5 tables of 100 PLO going, and the average table is softer than Pokerstars average table, but with good game selection the 4 Pokerstars table you play at will be softer.
