In the first sim top two pair is behind the second sim QQT when comparing both to the KdQh7h9d weird? Does the T blocker in the second sim make that much difference?

Definitely not.

If you replace the Ts in the second sim with a total blank but keep the ten dead anyway, this is what you end up with.

The ten gives the second hand a gutshot, which also coincides with king outs; that's its chief value.

Furthermore, your first sim is ****ed up. When you don't specify suits, PPT interprets them as a random distribution of all suits, meaning that Kd7dQ9 ends up being a flush some % of the time on the AdJd7[random suit] board! When you specify the suits in a comparable way to the second sim, this is what you end up with:
