Poker Stars $0.05/$0.10 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 6 players -

BTN: $10.28
Hero (SB): $10.00
BB: $10.00
UTG: $16.14
MP: $22.37
CO: $10.00

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is SB with 4 T Q J
4 folds, Hero calls $0.05, BB raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.20
BB is 6/6 after 25hands. I do not like my limp at all. Steal is way better for sure. I do not know why I limped here.

Flop: ($0.60) 4 9 T (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $0.57, Hero calls $0.57
Think that's standard

Turn: ($1.74) 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $1.67, Hero raises to $6.68, BB raises to $9.13 all in, Hero calls $2.45 all in
Do you prefer x/gii or x/c? Maybe both option are fine? Do you x/pot or raise smaller when you opt for x/r?

Turn raise sizing is irrelevant, you're never raise/folding so just as long as it's pot committing it doesn't matter. Hand is obv WP, you can have best hand a decent amount and have plenty of potential outs if behind.

Definitely GII, your playability is pretty bad OOP on the river and you are doing very fine equitywise against his range on the turn.

PF limp is bad against a nit, but against regs, who don`t fold much BB vs SB, I would actually prefer limping.
