What would your line be for the rest of this hand? No reads on villain except seems passive. This is the first hand I have 3 bet on this table preflop and have played for about 25 mins.

I think this hand is a little bit too weak to 3bet preflop from OOP.
That said, I fire again on the turn. He could be on a wrap or some kind of flush draw and give up to another bet often enough to make betting profitably I think

I'd bet ~35 and be ready to shove the river.

I assume we check fold to any club river unless it's the 3 of clubs.

I am just gonna put out my view on this, although it is contrary to most opinions here

I think i would give up here, so often players will float with just a T with random 3 high cards (KQJ987 all possible) thinking if he hits on there cards he is gonna be beating your AA (which you obviously have at this level as you 3 bet) I would be willing to just check fold here
