Trying to learn Omaha? Trying to learn Omaha?

Random hand histories just doesn't cut it, and the Card Runners videos are fairly unsatisfactory. I want to get down to the basics, and the nitty gritty details such as what my ideal VPIP should be, how often I should c-bet, what hands I should raise in position, and pretty much everything along those lines.

Tried to find some good books, but was unable to. So, where do I get started?

Sigh. One of these threads should be sticked.

1. Read Ciaffone, Slotboom and Reuben.

2. Lurk here.

3. Post here.

4. Play lots

5. Play more

6. Reassess game

7. Post some hand histories

8. Goto 1

9. Robusto!

Regarding your specific questions:

Ideal VPIP obv depends on 6-max, FR or HU - 6-max the concensus appears to be somewhere between 25 and 40.

In position, and HU, you should be c-betting something like 95%.

Hands to raise in position: a lot.

Sorry for the attitude (I'm really not) but this kinda stuff has been covered to death. If you need help finding it, this thread is useful.
