Villain is 17/8/0 (50 hands)

He seems tight so his bet is strong. But we don't want others in the pot and he is short.

So do we call / raise / fold?

You are saying you think betting 11 into a 36 pot four way from a 70 stack is "strong". That wouldn't come to my mind. I'd think "what an odd bet" or "why would anybody play KK that way?"

Oh I thought the same, his bet more looks like lower two pair, also raised all in and ran into KK so was dead.

Think normally this is raise but with these stats might have been better to not get it all in. Action might slow down on scarecards, we can hit straight or flushdraw and we don't lose our stack against a set.

But seems like I was just lucky this time running in the top of villains range.
