Top set & J high flush draw on turn - raise or call? Top set & J high flush draw on turn - raise or call?

Villain is unknown but we have had some big pots together in the first few hands - set vs wrap and top 2 vs overpair & flush draw.

I don't like to 3bet too much with unsuited aces when we're so deep, especially against a villain who is raising so many flops.

On the turn, I have top set and a J high flush draw, but I'm not sure he's betting the flop with a flush draw that is worse than T high flush draw unless he has some combo draw. So should I call? I find this spot really difficult.

On the river I haven't filled up and he has $50 left. Do I donk pot and hope to be called with a T high flush draw or worse?

You should have bet the turn instead of check-raising. He would have raised, which narrows his hand down quite a bit.

If not, just call the turn. Like you said, he's probably got a combo draw of some sort so he has lots of outs. I like to keep the pot small when I am unsure of a player's tendencies/hand, especially in cash games where you can slowly learn how someone plays without the time constrictions of a tournament.

you can do no wrong on the turn, bet call, check call, check raise, how ever you want to get the money in is ok (check call is a with the intention of trapping, not because you think you are behind)

on river bet 2nd nuts for value, whatever your normal sizing is

first you have a flush, not a flush draw, and you hope to be called by a flush, not by a flush draw.

secondly i would just bet the river for value.

Fair point, ty. Error in concentration rather than poker hand knowledge

Also, while the J flush is normally the 4th nuts ... on this board it's the 2nd nuts. And I find it _really_ hard to believe anyone with a king high flush on the turn just calls. So Id be tempted to bet either close to pot, if I thought he'd call or like $15 if I thought he'd try and shove QQ** or a small flush or something.

In either case I'm never folding and if he had it, then w/p reload.
