Villain is playing 77/47 w 29 3b% stat.
He's aggro on flop but pretty normal on later streets.

Is there anything different I can do?

I would consider 3 betting pre to isolate CO.

you can fold turn, not sure how much FE you have vs this guy and based on his flop sizing.

3b preflop.
as played, you have to raise flop against this guy, calling is pretty terrible.

in a vacuum, against this villain i would go as far and say you played the hand pretty marginal.

Nice read of UTG's raising stats and table dynamics.

But anyways it's always smart to lower SPR when we have position, speculative hand and not so strong player at our table in most likely multiway pot.

e: and I don't mean it's the worst 3bet in the world, but I wouldn't 3bet without seeing those players and their habits at the table myself

Fair enough. Lowering SPR 100bb deep IP is not the best choice most of the time.

But to be honest, im 3betting this kind of aggro donkey any day with that hand and consider it to be profitable and doing it for value, since he is not often 4betting.

Play it exactly the same.

Pre keep money deep, top and bottom 2 is a small pot hand. Raise turn with NFD.

All ultra standard. WP.
