As you can see in the first one i basically limp preflop besides aa. Then the 2nd one I raise basically any 2 double suited hands. As you can also see I got completely rocked in both strategies so what leaks do you see? Whats the best surefire way to move up from the micros to mid stakes? As you can also see the std deviation went from 130 to 227 with the more aggressive style which might be unacceptable i dunno.

Emam – take this with a lump of salt but I’m going to try to help you out.

#1 – you need your cbet% above 60. You’re too exploitable otherwise. People will donk and you call and fold the flop or you’ll fold to often.
#2 – reduce your 3bet range to good AA and KK. Be willing to let go of these hands on the flop when you miss and the action gets heavy. REPEAT – be willing to let go these hands on the flop when the action gets too heavy and you have missed.
#3 – increase your Agg figure. I believe everyone should be at least 2.5, at least.
#4 – along with #3 be aggressive on turns. That doesn’t mean go crazy, it means stay aggressive on c/c flops HU.
#5 – be cautious multiway. If you have double sooted AA (red) and the board comes black and the action gets heavy…fold the pretty hand.
#6 – be cautious on the SB. You PFR from SB unopened is a wee bit high. BTN UO should be the highest b/c you have position every street and that’s worth it’s weight in gold. Try it out. Limp the button with 4 random cards and when it limps around to you on the flop, make a ¾ pot bet. See what happens. Limp the SB and do the same thing and see what happens. Any 4 cards on any random flop. You’ll see why position matters.
#7 – your sample size is small. But I think there are things in your stats I have mentioned that will help.

Overall I suggest you adopt at 25/20/7 style and play pretty ABC with a cbet % over 65 if you can.

#1 - #4 pay attention to villains' tendencies, exploit them and adjust to them
