lets say some player holding 10,10,10, 10 and another is holding 5,5,5,5 .......those this mean its impossible for anyone else to hit a straight?
My thinking is that every straight needs a 10 or 5 and if you are the only holding it then its impossible for someone to hit it. Right or Wrong?

well, you get quads once per 20k hands, quad Ts about 1/260k hands.
the hard part is getting your partner to hit 5s at the same time.

slightly worse than 50B:1, imo.

U cannot make a straight with 4 tens in your hand. It's close but I would fold this utg and prob limp it in cutoff and consider a raise from the button if the blinds are tight.

ive often wondered how good it actually is to play 9999, TTTT and JJJJ.

so often there is gonna be a board that you need one of those cards to have the nuts on

And I thought you were aggro Pkrtxs. I'm getting this as close as possible to all in pre and closing my eyes and jamming over any flop.

It's pretty hard for anyone to make quad J+, so I think it's +EV long term.

i dont think pkrtxs is serious at all. calling preflop with an omaha hand purely looking to bluff postflop seems like a terrible idea to me.

you gotta read the post itself not just the title brah, he said 5555 is out too. In that case the only straights possible are the A-4 and 6-9 straights, and only if playing by yahtzee rules.

here's another fun plo fact, if the board AsKsTs7s6s and you have the Qs and 8s or Qs and 9s in your hand, you have the nuts and a straight flush is not possible even though that board has two straight flush possibilities.
