    If you have a good feeling that the TURN or the RIVER will be a Jack(any suit (unless of course the turn is a suit that matches one of the cards on the flop then you wouldn't want the river to match the turn because villian could have a FLUSH)) then yes you should "stack off" in this scenario. You will end the hand with the NUTS.

    3Betting this pre and bet-folding this flop seems bad. You also have backdoor diamonds giving you ~20% against the top of his range.
