If you are up in EV every session, but one or two lifetime + have rb and have but in significant volume as you said, you either have to be cashing out a lot or running worse than chuck bass, otherwise you wouldn't be there anymore, ducy
I don't cash out ever, just running not so good for a long time. It makes the beats extra bad because my roll gets crushed with every little downswing, and nobody runs worse than Chuckbass by a long shot. On the plus side it helps me play a lot better, played about 2000 hands today and made one call that was bad.
No disrespect vektor, but you probably just aren't that good. Running an account to 1k isn't that difficult if you're a solid player with motivation. I'm certainly not a particularly advanced PLO player, but i was able to run 300 to 1k at PLO10 in about a week. I ran a little over EV and of course ran good. But thats not really the point ; if you're a solid player and put in enough volume, the level is bad enough that you should get to whatever goals you have set.
Indeed, the sample size you posted is probably not even a days worth of hands to average grinders and the big swing happens within about 100 hands. So basically you got it in fairly well in a couple of pots and didn't meet expected EV. That is going to happen nearly every single session you play in PLO ; it's unavoidable.
I have no idea how many hands you've played lifetime at the level, how bad you truely do run, or how competent you are, but your attitude/outlook will inhibit you greatly from achieving whatever ambitions you have towards this game.
trust me, I don't play bad. It's near impossible to win a lot when you run at about -800bb under every day. I still win every day, just not a lot. I play about 5000k hands every day, feels like a decent enough amount

If said dubious claim is true, then surely a logical mind would understand that such results don't make it impossible to win long-term, and are rather an unfortunate collection of unlikely mathematical results?

well of course, can't help but bitch and moan about it though. This is bbv, appreciate the words of advice . Playing bigger stacks is helping quite a bit, I didn't think it would but it's making my edge a lot more apparent

We are all prone to moaning, but when i'm cranky after a ******ed session, i try to remember that nobody really wants to read/hear some stuck up douchebag (Not you) moan about a few thousand hands.
yeah I understand, I did get some really good advice here though. I'm the least stuck up person you've ever met so when I get the criticism good or bad I really appreciate it and try to extract any useful info I can. Ubermonk was absolutely correct in that I should be playing with bigger stacks.
Vektor, you are approaching your problem with a negative mindset.
Yes you may be running bad but allin ev does not always tell the full story. It seems like you are using the "running below ev" as your scapegoat. Maybe you should work on your game a bit more. Look at some hands. See wtf you doing wrong and don't just pay attention to the coolers or the standard allins on the flop where you were 55%, look for the mid sized pots and see if you are doing anything wrong
As for being stuck in the micros and i always tell this to people:
Maybe get a real job for 2 months
save 2-4k
????
Profit
Also one more thing, if ur going to ask for staking, don't sound down on your luck. Sorry to say this but Nobody cares how bad you run or how unlucky you are. Sure its ok to vent on forums but don't expect anyone to seriously stake you with that kind of approach.

Another -800 in the past hour and I'm back to even for the past 3 days, it is beginning to get annoying making zero progress at all playing as well as I can while the fish push buttons and roll around in my money. Gonna go dream about that magical heater I went on a year ago, god that would be amazing
The thing is, you probably aren't playing bad. But saying things like you never have a -EV day, or you made one bad call in thousands of hands, and otherwise played pretty much perfect is just wrong, and bad for your development.Generally, every player makes multiple mistakes a session, even when they're playing good. No need to be ashamed of it, but be honest to yourself. Hard to improve in this came if you're not.
to the 25-100plo guys on stars, what vpp rates u gtting?
i saw old thread where sum1 was 0.7 vpp/hand at 100plo by my math thats only 4.5k hands/day for sne, surely with plo zoom around now this makes sne ridic easy?
