simple limped pot question

So I basically just started with omaha and have a ton of stupid questions for you 
first hand: BB seems to have a clue and BTN is an agressive fish.
I think leading 20 is +ev, if they raise I snapfold if I don't improve I will fold to later action, check it down. would you agree? preflop is a bit marginal I guess
