Should I play these hands? Should I play these hands?

1. K 4s 5 6s
2. 7 9 10 Js
3 .A 9s 9 3
4. 3 4 5 6
5. J J 4 5s
6. A 3s Q 9s

From early position and the blinds? From the HJ or the BTN? Any other tips for choosing starting hands? I'm a plo10/25 noob.

I would open only 79tjss from early position and even that only if i know players behind are very not aggressive.Rest of the hands only on btn if at least ss.Most of the hands

would be a defend in bb against single raiser.

I'd play all of them, from any position, depending on the table and depending on the suited nature of the hands. I'm not clear on how you are describing that.

For a PLO noob, I would only play the JT97 and 3456 from CO and BTN. Both are raise worthy from those positions, and callable for a single raise.

Until you start understanding players, raising tendencies and board dynamics a bit more, stick to the straight forward hands and plays. You'll get crushed if you try to do too much, too soon.

Fold all ep, and defend all except a993 (you can fold 3456 too if you want)

Position and action are very relevant. Whether to play hand xyz or not is asking the wrong question and not entirely useful for improving your preflop strategy.
