mayor you will just never see poker, particulary the bb games like nl and plo, in its true infinite depth if you do not understand how much more important the qualitative side of poker is over the quantitative. A range is quantitative, weightings are qualitative, a quantitative range is an illusion.

relativity **** I psychobabble about are just ratios and meanings, x means nothing if there is no y to compare it to. Like something cannot exist if there is not something different within an observation. Relativity is size(or value or time or measurement w/e), size is everything in poker. pot size is relative to stacks, within a pot size there are equity sizes, within those equity sizes there are bet sizes to defeat those sizes within and it spreads out until my mind cannot focus on it all because its fo ***** big. In any poker situation there are so many ****ing ratios to be seen, found and defined.

ego is a part of perception(self) and a very important factor.

I don't offer much quantitative analysis unless its something like a very close all in situation, and to weight a range and express it in concious mathematical information on a screen is so time and mind consuming that it really wouldn't be worth it except to point out how ***** wrong these standard lines people take are because they are meta dependent,

I have let myself down getting tied up with these forums, it is nothing but ego wars. I just wish I had some actual friends that understood how beautiful and deep poker is

most of the posters itt including myself have had history with fishn00b in other threads where he just beats the most ridiculous logic into your head w/o listening to anyone else or addressing other points. he is bad in general for the forum and promotes blatantly wrong lines at every chance. It's like almost levels us and takes the obviously -EV line just for the sake of trolling/arguing. You would know that if you had been around for more than like 10 posts. This is kind of the straw that broke the camels back, no one takes him seriously, and he is really bad for the SSPlo forum where there are nubs trying to learn who could actually take his bullsht seriously

I see what you mean but I have read quite a bit, I just don't post and don't give advice as I don't think I'm qualified to do so.
It's hard sometimes when you get 3 replies to a HH and one of them is shove and another one check fold.
I don't know Fishnoob but I think this thread could have been an interesting debate between playing standard poker to move up the stakes or try to adapt to microstakes and try to get more value out of unconventional villains.

I understand your frustration and want to apologize on behalf of everyone - myself included - who turned the discussion away from the HH/theory. Feel free to post a similar HH and you'll be given adequate advice.

Looks like the above discussion was needed to clear the air though, hope it won't have to be repeated anytime soon.
