Well, do you think he would cold 4bet any AA ~130deep? If so probably closeish call pre and shove flop.

    board: JdTc2d
    Hand Equity Wins Ties
    ac9c8s7h 42.30% 904,235 12,385
    AA** 57.70% 1,235,880 12,385

BUT I don't think such a nit would 4bet the terrible AA (maybe not even the medium AA) and that will probably make it a fold pre? Because you're never flopping that great and often folding or barely getting enough odds postflop. But calling pre to fold this flop seems bad?

    board: JdTc2d
    Hand Equity Wins Ties
    ac9c8s7h 38.54% 316,741 8,727
    1% 61.46% 507,652 8,727

^should be enough once we get there

preflop we've got 36% if he 4bet only with AA** at least ss. On flop we have almost coinflip (if he had good siut we are 40/60).

Why are you 3betting a marginal hand oop versus a nit?

Why are you calling a 4b oop with a marginal hand versus obvious AA with a Axxx?

Why are you folding on the flop when you hit a draw with no money left?

All actions you made in this hand are horrabad. Flat pre. As played easiest get in on flop. Why the hell you be folding? What were you expecting to hit?

    This.

Nothing left to do but gamble on this flop.

I love these suited ace with connector hands, but they are flop all or nothing type hands that play better with deep stacks and big implied odds.

pre is like a joke, and post is the punchline.

srsly though, you butchered this hand hardcore.

    1) don't 3bet pre OOP against a 13/9 nit with this hand.
    2) don't call a 4bet with Axxx OOP, and surely not against that nit
    3) even though you set yourself up for tons of unprofitable flop scenarios, you get lucky and hit a flop that does ok vs his range. get it in.

Same tune as everyone else. I just don't see how you folded this hand on the flop. This nit probably never 4 bets rundowns even (akqj ds). Therefore, he has AAxx (probably with some big cards). You hit the flop about as hard as you could reasonably hope for. Get it in and play better preflop from now on.

Ya know, if your thinking was you wanted to 3bet BTN who was not as nitty as BB so that you could control things post flop, I can see the logic. But, when 13/9 BB wakes up and 4bets I think you should fold this hand preflop.

As played, you have to get your money in as this is about as good a flop you'll get with your hand.

Are u the only one who red the HH correctly?

+3bet pre cant ever be that "horribad", lol.

I see that my 4bet call pre and my fold post with no money behind is bad and -ev, but certainly not that bad that "its a joke/horribad" or whatever gents. learn how to analyse hands in a positive and 100% analytical way, to be taken seriously by a poster.

    THX for your help!
