Poker Tracker All-in EV Problem

According to cardplayer's omaha odds calculator, I have 28% equity in the pot. As the 2nd largest stack, I also have 62% equity against the largest stack, yet poker tracker says my ev was -$24. Am I missing something, or is there a flaw with their ev calculator?
