Not many hands with the villain, but he has LAG preflop stats.

Merge, $0.25/$0.50 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

    BTN: $50 (100 bb)
    SB: $57.15 (114.3 bb)
    BB: $81.59 (163.2 bb)
    Hero (CO): $75.68 (151.4 bb)

    Preflop: Hero is CO with A 5 A Q
Hero raises to $1.50, BTN folds, SB raises to $5, BB folds, Hero raises to $15.50, SB calls $10.50

    Flop: ($31.50) K Q J (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($31.50) J (2 players)
    SB checks, Hero checks

    River: ($31.50) 4 (2 players)
    SB bets $31.50, Hero folds

I want to protect my hand on the flop, but I don't want to put in another $40 with my hand against his get-in range. A small bet doesn't seem credible.

Same with turn. I don't want to give free equity to the flush draw, but our stacks are shallow enough that he could still be slow playing, and my hand has almost no equity when I'm behind. Should I have bet/fold 13.50 here?

I decided to fold since he credibly could have been slow playing the entire time. His big bet feels like a bluff (why not try to get some value out of my face-up AA?), but when I make hero calls here, I feel like they often have it. Did I out-level myself?

I would bet small on the flop just to keep myself from being face up on later streets, and potentially fold out some hands with lots of equity against us.

probably have same plan on turn.

the river sucks. folding is pretty exploitable when you've basically capped your range at crappy trips with no redraws that checked back the flop, but I'm not sure people at 50plo are pot donking bluffs often enough for us to need to call here. so I guess I fold. and just feel gross about the whole hand.

the more I think about it the more I want to call the river. we look so capped, and our pf 4bet + flop xback is guaranteed AAxx. He should be vbetting really wide on the river, but he should also be bluffing really wide. I think I want to call the river, but I'm not sure if it's right.

OTR with this bet sizing it makes me want to cry call since we usually see value bets being a little smaller. Since we need 33% equity I would call here.

As a whole, these spots generally suck. I think the flop check back is OK since we want to keep the pot small. OTT I would bet tbh mainly due to the style of play at these levels. I don't encounter a lot of aggression in these spots and when I do, it usually turns out to be legit so at least I know where I stand mostly.

    Just my 2 cents

I bet/fold semi small on turn.

I am never betting flop with these stack sizes and that board, we will need to lower the SPR more for that.

Don't hate a small bet but prefer a check. I call river, your hand looks a lot like dry aces ott and I doubt he'd expect you to bet turn with dry aces. So he probably just leads most his value hands ott so he can get stacks in otr.

Bet big on flop against some, but check back can be ok as well. Need to bet turn like 1/3rd.

If he had a big hand it's unlikely he would check twice, even more unlikely he would check turn with the more vulnerable part of his range (str8s) after you checked back flop.

His raise pre then call seems like broadway hand or kk which he cant fold.. would not bet flop. Id make a turn bet to see if he has it or not.
