Flat is fine pre but 3 bet could be good depending on the SB.
Hate flop sizing completely, just bet like 5.5-7 dollars, you want FE not to induce.
I don't like barreling turn as played, I could see a c/c or c/r on turn depending on sizing and timing but barreling will rarely get folds on this turn, it improves his range a lot especially with the second FD. You will only get folds from really bad floats like random gut shots or rando Kxxx.
On river, definitely give up, you get a fold out of almost nothing, Kxxx is always calling, maybe even QQ-9xxx given the board run out.
