This is Rush, no read on villain whatsoever at this point.
Do you raise the flop?
In my experience, 99% of the time people 1/2 pot lead, they have draws.

I have the nuts, but if this guy has a draw, it's likely a FD and it's likely much higher than mine.
It seems like I played this hand very weakly, but I felt I was too deep to turn my hand over and allow him to play perfectly against me.
Now in retrospect it feels like I lost a ton of value against sets, two pair, etc...but I'm really not sure he donks with those.

Obviously no point in betting the turn and on the river, I think I'm never good given his flop 1/2 pot bet and the fact that he should expect me to have flushes a good amount given my flop call, so it just looks like he wants to get paid off.

Always raise nut straight with redraw. You have the nuts but you don't want to raise because he might have a higher flushdraw? So you don't want to get any value from his draw and just let him see the turn for free?

You def wanna stack off the nutstraight without redraws. So just raise the flop and be happy to get it in.
And as played river is a snapcall. Your hand is so damn underrepresented that you cant find a fold here.

not necessarily, but if villain has the NFD every time and is generally not going to bluff his missed draws then yeah we raise

2.5x raise the flop. calling makes no sense. you have nuts on a drawy board...somewhat deep.
