sat at table for 20 mins. Villain been playing fairly tight and won a few non SD pots. I'd expect him to be opening premium in this spot. Hero's had a lot of decent starting hands in a short space of time and is probably viewed as laggy.

These are spots I play so badly. Top two is a real leak hand for me. I stay in the hand all the way because hearts dont get there although I realise the flop could already have crushed me. Do I put to much emphasis on villain having a heart draw here?

If villian is tight then his UTG range has you smashed. River is fold, Turn is most likley fold, Flop you could even consider folding depending on his tendancies.

Readless against a UTG open our hand is usually dominated by similar high card run downs with more nut suits or KK AA combos that we don't do too well againat so I'm not going to defend sb often with this hand, but it seems OK.

Flop is fine as played, definitely not a spot we can raise for value or protection for the reasons I gave above about his range.
Turn is iffy but looks generally fine, river is a fold I think.. I don't think villain triple barrels many combos that we beat here except some sort of AA + fd or pair/ worse 2p + fd combos but given then board I think even villain checks river back with naked AA and some bad 2p combos as there wouldn't be much value in bettig river since our hand looks a lot like missed draws that aren't calling river anyway.

With this read I prefer folding everywhere. Even without reads I think I probably fold everywhere but flop against your average player. Against a known aggressive player, its conceivable he'll just be barreling turn and river with flush draws so I would be OK with but not thrilled with calling.

a 12% opening range would have KQ+ on the flop 47.5% of the time. That means that he can bet really high frequencies on the flop and the turn without getting out of line. Most people probably don't barrel enough in that spot, especially at PLO5.

Flop is standard, turn is probably a fold. You don't make money at PLO5 by calling down three streets in spots like this.

Pop into ppt, open range explorer, '12%:KQ' will give you exact breakdown then expand on that.

Fold turn, vs tight opening range I'd consider folding flop.
