Bet small otf because i want to make it look like im trying to steal cheaply so they will call light. OTT i want to make him fold possible better hands, like bottom 2 and maybe i can get calls from hands like AJT,AKT, since this guy seemed fishy. Don't think i can valuebet the river tho. My main concern is if i played the turn well, because in hindsight i think i'm usually isoliting myself vs a strong range that wants see a showdown when they're calling a psb OOP on a pretty dry board. Check turn, bet smaller or pot is fine?

Cbet bigger. Your reasoning behind betting smaller isn't very sound, the bigger part of his range you get value from otf will call a bigger bet. Only have one sizing here, there is no good reason to have several.

Turn is an obvious bet but no reason to pot it, as you said the board is dry. If your logic was to bet flop small why does it not apply to turn also? I don't agree with that logic but it seems contradicting.
You thinking you get better hands to fold is very optimistic. I don't see why you think him calling AJT/AKT OTT would be fishy, probably the most common hand that continues turn.

Playing around with sizings is fun but I think you picked the nut worst spot for it
