Cbet bigger. Your reasoning behind betting smaller isn't very sound, the bigger part of his range you get value from otf will call a bigger bet. Only have one sizing here, there is no good reason to have several.
Turn is an obvious bet but no reason to pot it, as you said the board is dry. If your logic was to bet flop small why does it not apply to turn also? I don't agree with that logic but it seems contradicting.
You thinking you get better hands to fold is very optimistic. I don't see why you think him calling AJT/AKT OTT would be fishy, probably the most common hand that continues turn.
