I had only 4 hands on UTG. Any advice on sizing will be nice. My main question is the river, is this a good spot to call since all draws missed or just fold to his bet? Should I consider his river bet as value bet or a bluff?

People on PLO5 generally dosent bluff much, the people that do bluff generally bluff too much.

Unless you have a strong read on the villain, making thin rivercalls on this stake is gunna cost you a ton of money, readless I cannot fold this fast enough.

Betting that amount on turn and then folding river seems pretty terrible to me. I'm not sure if I can put into words why.

Snap. I don't think villain's good enough to vbet 85, and that's what he's repping. That being said, in theory your hand is a poor bluffcatcher, blocking straight and flush draws villain could have in his bluffing range

Turn sizing aside, it'slayed optimally.

I disagree with above that the hand is a poor bluffcatcher. It's a great bluffcatcher. You can't get called by worse with a vbet, and villains range has little showdown value.

my point is that for example AdKd3s3h would've been a much better bluffcatcher here, even though the absolute hand strength is the same.

bomb turn, you want max fold equity as you have no pair yet, so double what you did, r

as played i dont mind the call on river

Anyone like ch/shipping river? Is this just fancy play and spew? I figure UTG would likely raise sets on flop or turn and is probably v-betting 2 pair on river or air. Does our hand have too much showdown value to turn it into a bluff?

You're assuming passive fish who limp UTG will fold 2pair if you checkraise him on river, this is often not the case.

You guys are all way better than me obviously but I can tell you don't play PLO5 much.

It happens so often on PLO5 that I rep boats only in certain spots and get raised allin by trips, you just don't have much fold equity versus the average player so valuebetting is the way to go.

Its spew in micros. Concentrate on less marginal situations!

To OP.
I think you played very badly.
You put ALOT of money in the pot OOP without a hand that even cant draw to the nuts.
Secondly... You need to learn to give up. Fold your pair it is very very very very very often not enough if there has been betting every street.

Also keep the pot smaller OOP.

Why not c/c turn? It will most likely go check-check and I don't think he is folding any hand he called on the flop.

Postflop sizing should be bigger to charge draws more and reduce their expectation.

As played, just x/f river.
