Hi, how would you play this hand? I feel like that turn completes villain's straight too often so I checked hoping to boat up but river he insta-bet pot. If he's bluffing, good for him. But thinking more about it, if he had the top end of the wrap draw and bricks the river, he would bet the same way. Should I have bet turn? If so how much? Or should I have bet smaller on flop and bet turn? How would you play? This is zoom PLO25 table... if that makes a difference.

Turn is close and heavily depends on the villain (against some its a very easy bet/fold, against others fistpump bet/shove, but against most good regs its a very close spot once he raises, so against a decent villain I would advocate a check)

River I would snapcall against 99% of people. Not only are you close to the top of your range you also block a 9, making this call that much easier.

Snap bet the turn. You left lots of +EV out there ott, there is plenty to get value from.

Snap the river as played.
