Anyone have any thoughts on this one?

Villain is VERY loose, and has been lucking out hitting set after set after set to amass a huge stack. We've been playing for a few hours and since he has gotten so deep, constantly raises very weak hands preflop, and I have position, I have been three betting him a ton. Initially, he would call and fold to my cbet. Then he started calling the flop and folding on the turn (I kept hitting the flop hard in three bet pots, which helped). He hasn't four bet me preflop once.

I have very reliable reads about his bet sizing, which are very straight forward - weak bets = weak hands, leading out pot = nut type hands. I have not seen him checkraise much if at all.

The one time I have shown down a three bet hand, I didn't cbet as I felt the flop hit his range too high a % of the time, picked up a draw on the turn and called his bet, then bluff raised his weak bet on river when the flush hit, which he called with two pair. I showed 7899ss.

Obviously, he is getting very annoyed with me, which is 100% my intention.

This is the hand.

looks fine with your read that he doesn't check raise very much

I'd check back the turn... also, if I bet (which I wouldn't) I'd fold to a shove. People don't just give away 5 buy-ins.

Yeah turn bet/call seems bad to me this deep..... 400bb deep, we should not be going broke with 2 pair.

doubt it, he wouldnt minreraise that hand. i think this is a wrap more often. he donked small on the flop so he s rather weak with a draw or so. i think on the turn he hits the draw or 2 pair too often to bet out. check and consider calling on a blank river.

We're going broke on the flop everytime right?

If this is his first time when he 4-bets you can be pretty sure he has aces, so the question is does he have something else to go along with his aces? In this particular hand i would have played same the flop but IMO the turn bet is too big. King isn't a good card for you, and you commit yourself too much in this hand with that bet. I would have bet something like 25 - 30 dollars and fold to a shove or check back and then call on the river if he bets some weakish bet.
