i think i totally misplayed the river. but what is the best line: c/c? b/f? and should i have raised preflop? villain was 79/0 over only 15 hands

My line may be to bet around $4-5 and fold to a shove here. Checking seems like we are losing too much value from 2 pair hands and 33 that a 79/0 would never bet himself. These type of hands he would never value raise either. I would put villain on AA/KK/QQ/QJT(they are def the masters of slowplaying queens on flop too) or a bluff. Since villain's bluffing range is almost exclusively 456x(if a 79/0 even can bluff like this) ur going to be beat most of the time when raised. By betting $7 ur pretty much committing urself which would suck and I don't think betting a bit smaller makes any difference to the hands u get raised by but will def get u more calls by weaker 2 pairs.
