BTN: $10.75
SB: $22.25
BB: $31.65
Hero (CO): $68.07

Pre Flop: ($0.50) Hero is CO with 7 8 6 7
Hero calls $0.25, BTN raises to $1.25, 1 fold, BB raises to $4.25, Hero calls $4, BTN calls $3

Flop: ($13.00) 5 2 3 (3 players)
BB bets $13.00, Hero folds, BTN folds

My plan was to call the 3bet from BB and if BTN raise to shove

#1, This isn't a standard fold on the river, more like a standard call - especially vs a aggro player. Fold pre btw..

#2, never shove imo, you're crushed by any higher pair. I would fold pre since it's been 3bet and you could get squeezed by BTN, plus i dont like to play these types of hands with a pair, 9876 is better imo. As played easy fold, and you will fold this hand on ALOT of flops, which makes it better to fold pre.

Well you beat flushes, straights. You have to make a stand somewhere vs an aggro player and this seems like a good spot. Otherwise you'll be pushed off alot of hands.

And yes JJ, KJ and KK beat you, but what's your point in calling the turn bet then?

#1 I think it's OK to go into call down mode since his stats seem to support he is going to fire a lot, that being said I don't think you can fold river. You are beat by such a tiny part of his range based on the few stats you have I think calling is standard.

#2 I think it's a fold preflop because if you get squeezed you aren't going to get this in 3 ways I hope. If you were closing the action nothing awful with calling and playing fit or fold on the flop.
