Few hands on him, he was something like 40/20 on about 50 hands.

I feel like an idiot in spots like this.
PF and Flop are standard right? Or anyone fold PF?

His turn bet looks really weak and the 4 is a good bluff card for me. However, I feel uncomfortable shoving, as I would probably be drawing dead if called. So I chickened out and folded lol.
Any other way to play this? Maybe call turn?

Depending on your image, this is a pretty good spot for villain to fire a 2nd barrel. If you had AAxx would you call? In isolation, I'd say its an easy fold on the Turn.

fold is standard, or float and bluff river if no heart. I think think he fired standard 1 barrell then maybe picked up a heart draw and made a semi bluff.

Anyone else agree about float bluff?

What's his 3b stats? His cbet feels week and I would consider shipping depending on how tight he 3bets.

I would say you should have some FE here depending on how much of a showdown monkey he is.

I would consider folding to the 3bet. Your hand doesn't play well against his range and you'll be oop relative to the raiser if btn calls.

I also think shoving flop is good. With AA/KK he would be looking to pot and get it in.
