PLO100 Rush - Blocker Bluff?

I'm really new/bad at PLO.
Is it worth bluffing in this pot with our 2 nut blockers and gutshot/BDFD? I'd think that it's a mandatory bluff-raise if he cbet less than pot, does that make his range stronger and therefore not worth it?
How much better is a bluff here with QQJxss instead of KK?
