New to PLO. What do I do here?

Unknown villain just posted UTG (but for some reason autopost blind is default on this site, so it doesn't always imply, that he's a donkey). He bought in full and I cover.

Preflop: Hero is SB with K K 7 6

Villain checks, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4, 1 fold, Villain calls.

Flop: ($9) Q 8 5 (2 players)

Hero bets $9, Villain raises to $36, Hero...

He has a bare two pair here or a draw enough of the time to 3-bet, but we need stack sizes to determine what you should do here. My default play, given we're OOP, would be to 3-bet though.

OK, I was wondering if I could fold here. Is just calling terrible?

It's not terrible but it's certainly worse than folding. If we were IP and we HAD A READ we could think about just calling.

Yeah, I'm with wazz. You've got pretty good equity against his range, but you don't know which cards are good for you and which ones kill your hand. Just shove it in on the flop.
