fold flop - chasing a 7 high FD with no other hand is far from std 3-way

fold turn - someone has a straight already and your hearts likely aren't good

With very deep stacks I don't mind the pf call. We hit nothing on the flop though and can really only hope for backdoor spades so calling here is very spew 3 handed. If it was heads up we could float and bet if checked to on turn, but 3 handed it's pretty bad imo. 100% fold turn though, and 110% fold turn the 2nd time through, turn play is about as spewy as it gets imo, like polski said our hearts are likely dead, so were drawing solely to the spades and its not unlikely they have blockers vs us either.

folding pre and folding flop seems soooooooo nitty to me. with bdfd and deep stacks it really isn't terrible imo. fwiw, I got it in pretty good against 2 dry straights, but I made this thread because I don't wanna be results oriented.

FWIW, I dislike PF the least. (I.e. it's the least bad, IMO. Still bad though, but I'm a PLO noob and possibly nitty.

Right, but I just don't see you getting a ton of value if you chase down your bdfd and hit. You are hitting it a small percent of the time, and getting stacks(or even 80-100bbs) a small percent of that time. I think once your flop comes and you really have no hope besides a bdfd and bluffing 2 people off a wet board you are just spewing chips trying to hit that flush.

Getting in ~300bbs on that board just seems really bad to me on the turn.

if folding pre feels too nitty to you, you are playing ~4/5 of hands and are a losing player.
