Ignore $$$ amoutns they are in SEK. This is like deep PLO10.

UTG is ******ed fish playing 65/23/11. SB is pretty tight post flop playing 37/22/6 (his VPIP is average for this game tbh, it plays VERY loose pre on average). I guess SB has AAxx here most of the time, but not always? Snap call? What if **** gets real with UTG and he gets all whacky if we call the 4b?

Grabbed by Holdem Manager
PL Omaha $0.50(BB) Party
SB ($100)
Hero ($184)
UTG ($387)
CO ($112)
BTN ($39.50)

Dealt to Hero Q K 9 J

UTG raises to $1.75, fold, fold, SB calls $1.25, Hero raises to $7, UTG calls $5.25, SB raises to $28

Heeerooooo?

call
pot is around 85 if utg calls too. and remaining stacks are 75ish.
if small blind jamms all pots you can call his jams on the flop if you hit one pair or more. says the math ( if you are positive he has aces. )

I just call. UTG probably won't get too ******ed, and SB will be locked OOP to you.

I'm happy to take a flop here.

Depending on flop texture you can either flat SB shove or shove yourself.

Maybe it's nitty, but this deep versus UTG opening range, 3 betting while OOP seems suicidal.

Utg's opening range utg is very likely to be the same as his btn opening range and I think KQJ9 flops waayyy too nutty vs him to not 3b pre.

Yea im not gonna ship 350bb pre with kqj9ss mate.. If anything that would be hoping that utg just calls my 5b pre thinking i have aaxx and then folds some equity on flop...

How light does UTG ship flop if you come over the top?

I wish I could answer that well. Results is that I called pre, UTG called, flop was like KQ3r, SB insta-shoved, I waited for like 10 seconds and shoved, UTG called and I rivered a K high flush. Don't know what they had, client didn't show because I was last to shove and won.

But I really think this is a whacky spot pre with UTG so deep behind me. Not so much because I think he'll repop pre after this action but because of what will happen on flops..

I kind of agree. You aren't getting any reads postflop. SB is just shipping nearly every flop. So then against just SB you're getting odds to call with any kind of piece, but when you call you essentially commit yourself so instead of calling you should basically be shoving to flop to price out UTG's draws and possibly get him to fold better. So UTG is seeing shove shove on the flop a lot, which means he has pretty amazing implied odds. So if SB is just playing AA normally, and UTG is playing for sick implied odds, where exactly is your value coming from?

In the heat of things I'm calling, but I certainly agree this is an awkward spot I can't really hate on people too much for avoiding those.

what´s going on in this thread...
might actually be a fold if sb is capable of 4betting non AAxx and strong Ahigh rundowns, but prob couldnt resist calling to get it in with the fish. but marginal at best, and lol at shoving
