Checking the turn is fine for pot control but you need to try to get some value on the river. There is only one combination of 77, only two combos of 76 and 3 of JJ; very little beats us here, especially the way villian played it. Definetly throw a small bet out, maybe like $3-5 and hope villian can't fold an overpair or flush; if raised just toss the hand.

Don't ever do what you did on the river ever again. Min betting as a blocking bet is the dumbest most transparent play ever. If there was any side pot and you were against an aggressive opponent you would be getting raised a ton. If you think you can bet min and only get raised by better hands you are dead wrong. You want to be betting for a reason, in this case for value, not just because you don't want to have a call a bet.

On last thing, this is exactly why you want to be value betting here. Anything that beats you is betting/raising, while anything you beat is checking behind and hoping to be good at showdown. You'll get called enough at this level by a naked trips, flushes, and the occasional overpair that the amount you lose when you bet/fold is more than made up for by the loose calls people will make.

It doesn't say much for your pre-flop hand selection if, when you get just about the best board you can hope for, you still only win a small pot.

Also you played this hand way too scared. You have A MOTHER****ING FULL HOUSE - you want to play BIG BIG BIG pots when you have full houses, and pots that are as small as possible when you have one pair or less.
