i constantly get into these spots where i flopped the nuts on super drawy flops but not sure if fast playing them is correct.. i almost have at least 60% ev and i tend to get it in here always but ive been losing like 19/20 times... so im seriously doubting if am playing it right...

    you have been losing at most 4/10 times

    otherwise you would be getting it in with 5% equity

    Hmm, Stars seem to be discriminating regs in a less overt way than Ongame with its notorious Essence It's def food for thoughts of those who are playing on Stars or considering moving there like me.

    If Villain is a solid TAG then he can't c/r the flop with hands weaker than AKT9 so he's pwning you 48/52 but with this SPR it's still a crying shove because even if you call and the turn is bad and he bets, you'll still have to call because of your boat/quad outs.

    Edit: in fact, vs AKT9 you're a 45/55 underdog but I don't include this in his range.

    Certainly, what's above is jokes I doubt that with his sizing he can be a good TAG at all. He can c/r JJ, naked NFD or whatever. You've got the nuts and should nevertheless shove to defend from draws.

    If you have tilt issues (wait... why 'if'?), read the brilliant thread 'Self management and tilt control' here (bump it btw). The advice I esp like there is reading Jared Tendler's 'The Mental Game of Poker' - it seems to me the dude knows something in psychology as I've already read so many psycho books...

    @Mt. FishNoob

    I don't believe in what you've written in your spoiler because otherwise it would be senseless for you to be such an excellent, thoughtful and clear poster. Tyvm, it's always pleasure to read your advice.

    Personally I would use the word "correct" in the title so as to avoid confusion.
