How to play Omaha?

I've been lurking here and playing micro-limit Omaha. I'm a burnt out limit Holdem grinder. I'm real tired of that game.

How bad did I play this hand?

Ipoker, $0.10/$0.20 Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo - 6 players

Hero(SB): $38.70
BB: $9.55
HJ: $16.07
CO: $ 6.90
UTG: $31.11
BTN: $18.90

Pre Flop: ($0.30) Hero is SB with Q

UTG calls $0.20, HJ calls $0.20, CO folds, BTN calls $0.20, Hero completes $0.10, BB checks

Flop: ($1.00) 6

Hero bets $1.00, BB calls $1.00, folded to BTN who calls $1.00,

Turn: ($4.00) 4

Hero bets $4.00? UTG calls $4.00, BTN pushes $17.70 all-in, hero calls?

Is this a must call? Or is this a close call?

Accuse BB of cheating for transferring seats to UTG obviously.

Back to serious, I hate completing in the sb with crap so I probably fold this but I can see completing. Also, I don't mind betting flop but after being called in two places slow down on the turn.

As played, BB looks like he is killing some of your outs and with him behind left to act I think we have to fold.

I guess I'm a scared nit at O8, but theres no way I bet a made low flop without a made high hand if I'm actually in the pot with trash.
