PLO 50 Is my bet too thin? PLO 50 Is my bet too thin?

Hey I'm a total PLO noob, just trying to learn the game so go easy on me
Villain is 29/14 w/10% 3-bet and seems decent but a little passive.

UTG raises I call Kd10dJs3s villain 3bets on button to $8 UTG calls, I call. I have ~100 and villain covers
Pot~25 Flop=9sJhKc checked around
Pot~25 Turn=4s I bet 18 villain calls, UTG folds.
Pot~60 River=6c I bet 40
Thoughts?
Also I couldn't figure out how to convert the f@#@kn hand so I'd like to learn how to do that too.

I think the above line is fine. You have a good chance of folding out sets and if you don't bet river and villain is at all decent, good chance he will bet you off river if you check to him.

As played, I think its okay. Of course, snap fold if raised.

I don't think a bluff catcher line is terrible, but i'd be more inclined to balance here and play it like I had QTxx and just b/f rather than c/c which is my preference in omaha.

fold pre, deffo fold to button 3bet and UTG call.

bet flop, river seems good but your line appears weak so you will get called often.

highlight and copy hand history, paste in box that appears when you click the hand converter on the start a new thread page, convert.

preflop sucks, that is 100% a fold.

I'm not sure river can ever be a value bet, since what's worse that calls us? We might bluff out sets, but I'd rather c/c to let missed draws try and bluff.
