As played, i think calling the raise and shove is standard as you are drawing to the nuts and you have lots (30%+) of equity against set and two pair type hands. However your equity drops significantly if one of the villians also has blockers to your hand which is likely given the flop (but you still shouldn't fold after flat calling the $7 flop bet).

i think folding flop is fairly good, cause there is a such an action on a rainbow flop - mostly, someone would have a set here and another guy probably has your outs (smth like KQ5* or so)
you only good against two sets, as being mentioned, but this edge not high.
