Villain is 20/15 preflop, VERY aggressive postflop. Mainly, how's the turn c/r? Like the flop lead?

meh, i think i don't like the flop lead much. you have a lot of potential for 2nd best hands there. i'd like it if it was raised or smth, but not in a limped 4way pot. as played, i like the c/r turn a lot. puts a lot of pressure on ur opponent. the only downside is that it might look a lot like a draw to villain.

It could work but I don't think a 20/15 villain calls the flop intending to float very much and the turn card hit one of the most obvious draws. A high AF with these type of villains usually means they very rarely call and if they play they are raising or betting.

i think it's definitely good if you're trying to train villain to float/sponge less. as grizy mentioned, you're either getting a fold or all the money is getting in vs this type of player. if the money goes in, he has outs if he's not already ahead (you know this, of course... just stating the obvious).

anyway...

flop lead is viable. it's not an every-flop kind of play, but this is definitely a bb special type of flop. the problem is that the limpers might have hit it hard enough to continue with you oop. the question is not whether to bet this flop, but how often. that answer depends on table texture and context.

turn... lead, cr, or cf are all viable. again, context and reads dictate a lot.

i have a better question... why are you posting this hand with so few details? you know that it's very context specific. is this a student hand? a "reverse" hand where we're playing villain's hand?

pm me if you would like some more specific comments on what i see are relevant contextual variables.

I like it. You have plenty of equity if called, he might fold, and it makes you hard to play against.

I'd just lead out. This is sort of a "trap" play vs an overaggressive player and I don't think it works when you don't have a made hand. At first glance it looks like you might pick up some FE vs a two pair hand but he doesn't usually show up here with just a two pair type hand.
