Im new to PLO so what is my line here? Is the Cbet ok? Should I cbet full pot? When he calls he either have a set of kings or some QJTx with two spades combinations right? What would be a better line here?

I probably wouldn't either bet pf or cbet flop.
You're 3betting from the blinds which let's everyone know you have AAxx, and you don't even get much of your stack in pf.
Would you fold to a raise when you cbet?
Play AAxx in position/when you can get much of your stack in pf.

Typically, KKxx and QJTx two spades will raise flop since it can be harder to stack you off on scare cards. K9xx and other two pairs also. When he just calls, I'd expect it to be mostly bare wraps, pair + wrap, pair + flush draw, bare flush draw where he doesn't expect you to fold. Now we have no idea how he plays these hands on the turn, i.e. what he does when he improves or when he doesn't. I'd just play it safe and fold.

3-bet preflop is standard as is C-bet on the flop, although the C-bet should probably be full pot on that board.

No way I'm giving up on that turn though. The most likely hands are a spade draw or QJT. The 8's only a scare card in that it's bluffable, it's really unlikely that villain actually hit it. Depending on how aggressive villain is, I'd either bet pot on the turn or check/raise all-in.
