I played NL and I like using PFR in my HUD now in PLO, but what is better? Why?

I saw in vods that people are using VPIP SB\VPIP BB\3BET\F2_3b

Which is better?

He means would you rather have VPIP/PFR, or positional VPIP/VPIP or positional PFR/PFR for a heads up HUD.

I'd recommend using VPIP/PFR for button and VPIP/3bet for BB. No reason to use just 2 stats.

if i had to choose i would say the first one (VPIP/PFR/3BET/F2_3B).

personally though i use both. On the top line of my hud i have vpip/pfr/3bet/f2_3b/hands and on the second line i have open raise % by UTG/MP/CO/BTN/SB

Super relevant for any style, especially tailoring your 3bet ranges to players.

UTG ranges are useful to know to know how to operate pre and postflop, LP ranges are vital to know how to play efficiently in MP and the blinds. Blind ranges are good to know to play well in LP.

Well makes sense.
But you can also estimate ranges from villain types- play-style. Ofc not that accurate.
