Have any of you guys played FTP Rush PL100? I think it isn't saving the hand histories for that game. Am I the only one?

Had no problems with hand histories. Unfortunately it looks like rush plo is dying slowly ...

Just got a mail with "You are egible for rakeback" on full tilt after 1 year of waiting - lol. I did notice there arent alot of tables running on full tilt.
Where would you guys play? On full tilt or stars (for micro stakes omaha 10nl-25nl)?

Full tilt : 1cent rake per 20cent in the pot
stars: 5cent rake per 1dollar in the pot.

So even though its the same ratio, Full tilt takes rake even from the small pots.
I wonder though..So pots lower then 1$ wont get raked on stars which mostly include...

- blind steals (they dont happen alot at PLO I think)
- single raise + caller.

Since I get a 27% return on full tilt.... I dont know which site I would pay more rake concidering I dont know the frequency of those 2 types of pots.

Also player types, I almost always play in the afternoon (GMT time). Would there be an equal amount of fish on both sites?

Hey guys,

Been working a bit on my P90X website and would appreciate any feedback regarding the general feel of the website, navigation, cleanliness and if you feel like there is some direction when you visit (ie the need to click on things and learn more about what P90X is)

This is the site: http://www.myhealthworkout.com/

I haven't put in that many hours and realize that there is still a ton of work to be done. Constructive criticism would be much appreciated. Thanks

lookin good no doubt. maybe fill that lower left corner with something, link to other beachbody trainers' sites (not in your area ldo).

if I was going to critique anything, it would be your before photo. it looks like you are trying your best to look as unfit as possible. it almost appears as though you're trying to expand your stomach as much as possible to hide any evidence of abs, and although you have your arms up you clearly are not doing anything in the way of attempting to flex any upper body or arm muscles.

To any cynic this may lead to the assumption that your dramatic body changes may not be all that dramatic after all. Just saying, but seriously, **** them if they can't take a joke, cause you look pretty damn good anyways. no ****.

re: before/after pictures

that's everyone's tendencies, b/c you feel like crap before you did it and when you take your after pictures you want to look as awesome as you can b/c you want to feel like the last 3 months were worth something. It's quite an interesting phenomenon that works out nicely for the fitness industry.

Lol yeah, both of you are right and that was the idea from the getgo. Sadly its super obvious now and I have no "good" pictures from Days 1-30 where I tried looking as unfit as possible. FML! Though in reality most of the people that will actually buy the DVDs (as opposed to torrent) are gonna be 40-50y/o yahoo noobs who might not notice? *crosses fingers*

Thanks for help thus far tho.

Your website looks good and ur pre-picture looks like you just ended a bender

I started p90x the week after I came back from spring break and am in my 4th week. I don't do the yoga or kempO, but I do the plyometrics 2-3 times instead as I like it more. The results are easy to see and I'm wondering if the recovery drink is worth buying, or should I get something else?

Also, do you have a pre-workout shake or something?

I wouldn't recommend the P90X recovery drink, its kind of notoriously known as being ridiculously high in sugar. I work out in the morning so I usually have like an apple an hour before and then I drink Myoplex Vanilla with lowfat skim milk and half a banana and a ****ton of water. It's easily the best tasting shake and compared to a few of the others I've seen it is pretty healthy.

I have 44% equity preflop, fail to flop even a pair and yet still mange improve to 47% equity! A sign my opponents hands are sub-par perhaps?

Nice. I'd recommend getting Magic Bullet or something to help blend it up with your banana/milk or even just shake+water ... but shaking it up works just fine as well. GL
