Just watched 'true detective' which was very good imo.

Have watched all of peaky blinders aswell. That is also okish.

GOT, breaking bad, the wire, also watched, and peep show. THis is about all the TV i have ever watched.

So, what next? I watch **** on couch tuner btw. Debating ont his american horror story but it seems too feminine. Only girls like horror movies. I can speculate as to why, but it will blow your ****ing minds.

Oh, I've watched Luther. Very good also, if you like that then watch 'cracker' aswell. YOu can see how Luther ripped off alot of Crackers writing. And it's got the legend Tommy Coltrane in it. Also seen Sopranos.

**** the walking dead, it's acclaimed but really how much zombie and vampire **** is there nowadays. I've seen some of Oz but that programme is just constant mindless violence with little depth. I've watched some black mirror too also good.

I've watched alot more than I thought. DUnno when the fuick I watched it and how I had time. I'm always like '**** tv' 'I'm so intellectual' 'brainwashaments lol noobs watching Tv' ... but gah I've actually watcehd quite a bit it seems. I've even watched Spartacus, might aswell have watched a roman porno or WWF. Very gay programme, too much muscles flexing and grunting and penises. **** Big bang theory, **** lost, **** IT crowd.

Califoniacation, and house of cards I will look into. I already considered house of cards and dismeed it based upon its synopsis, but can't remember why.

Anyway 2 mentions means it's probably most liekly watch.

Sopranos for sure would be my #1 rec for you, imo it is by far best television show ever made. Also, Eastbound and Down, both versions of The Office, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Flight of Concords, Girls and Silicon Valley for comedies. For serious drama shows, I would rec Mad Men, Six Feet Under, Treme, Boardwalk Empire, and Masters of Sex. Rome, Fargo, and Homeland for action dramas.

I just watched the new amazon.com show Transparent and thought it was very good too.

If you haven't watch Entourage yet, your doing everything wrong. (I never really got it from the adverts etc but its based on Mark Wallberg's real life and produced and directed (i believe) by him. He had to make script much more TV friendly then some of the **** him and his buddies actually got up to. its 30mins per show and more addictive than GoT imo. Plus there's alot of UK Lad culture crossover which you'll enjoy imo. Trust me, if you start it... it will destroy your weekends for a month. Ari Gold (played by Jeremy Piven) just absolutely crushes life in this series and the way all the characters develop over 8 seasons is immense.



I'm currently watching Sopranos atm, i've always just found it too slow to get into and goes no where from a plottheme perspective... but made it to season 4 this time round at attempt 3 to watch the full series.

If I were you I would also go a bit old school and watch Quantum Leap.... Band of Brothers.... Airwolf or MacGyver in that order.

Then, if I was looking forward to getting dispointed I would go with Heroes, Dollhouse, Flash Forward in said order.

But before all of that would seems like Mad Men is a good fit for you after you start getting Entourage withdrawal symptoms.

The problem with entourage is that you cant watch more than 2 episodes in a row without wanting to shoot yourself out of envy

I pretty much walked around saying "lets hug it out bitch" to everyone including my kids, gran, co workers, shop assistants for about 12months after watching the show

Been catching up watching Louie lately. Good stuff. Some really absurd sit-com humor, great stand-up bits, and just wise words. One scene I liked especially, was when Louie had got up on the roof of a tall building with this woman. The woman goes to sit on the ledge to see the view, and Louie starts panicking, praying for her to come further away to where she can't fall. "The only way I'll fall is if I jump. You're afraid, because a tiny part of you wants to. But I don't." As someone who's afraid of heights, it got me thinking.

+1 to Entourage. Watching it all over again while eating for the 7th time maybe. Jeremy Piven as Ari Gold kicks a** and I'm suspecting my girlfriend is getting very tired of me saying "BOOM!!" constantly

Best show ever made. I hope the movie is not a huge disappointment next summer.

I need to watch enterouge, I've only ever watched youtube and gifs of the guy but it does look ***** epic programme.

This is bull****. A tiny part of everyone wants to jump, just with a bungee cord attached. Being afraid of heights is very physiological and normal. 'Afraid' is the wrong word anyway, it's just a physiological response. Another reason is that a tiny part of people want to give someone a push. A bird could land on her head and startle her into falling off. Loads of **** can happen, it's not because there is some divide between people who want to and not want to. Everyone is ***** curious enough to want to jump to their deaths, it is just overridden by obvious ****.

Don't watch Entourage. I enjoyed the first few seasons of it at the time, but looking back on it, it was total garbage. Or not total garbage, because it did have some good points (namely the uncensored look at the life of a glamorous hedonistic movie star, the comic relief of Ari, Turtle, and Drama, and the clever celeb cameos), but overall a trash soap-opera type show. The last couple seasons in particular were unreal bad imo

Also I thought the Gervais version of the office was excellent, and def deserves a lot of credit for pioneering the fake-documentary and cringe humor style comedy, and did it in the most authentic way of any of the other mockumentary sitcoms. But I thought the US version of the office (seasons 2 - 4 in particular) was a superior, more enjoyable show.
