Looking back i shoulda pushed the turn.
If he had a straight he probably would a led the flop.

Very odd hand - I do think though if you call the turn raise you need to call the river. You probably should just fold the turn without more info - while the line makes no sense we're really just hoping he has something like Ax with hearts and I think they have it here more than not.
