I'm too busy and lazy to write out a proper cliffs but basically everything on cereus is playing out about as terrible as possible. No withdrawals, news that most of ap staff in costa rica has been fired and building that housed their equipment has been emptied, some interesting internal emails leaked with ppl threatening cooperation with the doj if staff aren't payed their severance, some parent/shell company filing bankruptcy in norway? i think, etc etc etc. Basically it sure looks like the ppl in charge are taking anything they can and running with it, screwing over players, investors, everyone.

I'm probably forgetting, misreporting half to all of the info, so just go read the last 3-4 days worth of posts in the nvg thread for yourself.

i've been reading ub/ap stuff nonstop for the last 24 hours or so and i think there is a lot of false negative info being posted. first, from my understanding they aren't filing for bankrupcy. the company fjord or whatever is just a company ub/ap apparently stiffed, but they are by no means the same company. there are reputable non us posters who have confirmed that they have recieved cashouts from ap/ub since black friday. ap/ub announced they will be raising cashout limits for non us players from the previously $250 per week max withdraw limit. that is a very good sign imo. i would def not panic sell for .20 on the dollar or anything ridiculous. especially if you are non us.
