do anyone know some good resources about some common or even advanced math in plo ? A lot of holdem stuff out there, but I cant find even basic math related things for omaha. Thank you.
It's not directly math, but "bit mathy". But Jeff Whang's book on omaha "Pot-Limit Omaha Poker: The Big Play Strategy". The book very clearly points a good few things in omaha, especially on the strength and weaknesses of all types of rundowns.
Slowhabit's book and Tom Chamber's (learnedfromtv) book (not yet released, but preview has 200 pages of very interesting math)
In the meantime, between what you know from NL (equity calcs, etc...), propokertools and the threads about calling 3bets and 4bets in 2+2, you'll be more than fine.
yeah, seems he took it off for now but I think you can email him for it.
Definitely great stuff but not essential to start making money at this game, no worries.
Just put in a lot of work analyzing hands with ppt and you'll be fine.
can you pls link me some 3b and 4bet related threads here on 2+2 ? definitelly can find them myself, but if you have bookmarked them you can save me some time for grind
