Maniac - too deep - a couple of pair... Maniac - too deep - a couple of pair...

Villain playing 68/39/40. 6.8 post flop aggression factor. I'd gained my stack from other players at the table and was getting slightly frustrated I couldn't catch a cold on any sort of flop against villain. I'd been bleeding money by having to fold to all his aggression.

On Game, $0.25/$0.25 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite. View Hand #9222152

SB: $21.88 (87.5 bb)
BB: $25.93 (103.7 bb)
MP: $21.75 (87 bb)
Hero (CO): $95.81 (383.2 bb)
BTN: $149.59 (598.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 7 A 5 6
MP folds, Hero raises to $1, BTN raises to $3.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $2.50

Flop: ($7.50) 6 5 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $7.50, Hero raises to $18.75, BTN raises to $52.50, Hero has $73 behind.

Surely he can't have the str8. He is WIDE. Is he wide enough to ship this? (My taggy play should make him think I've missed this flop by a mile...)

Well if you are not comfortable enough to ship it here after your small reraise you shouldnt even reraise this hand. However I think that shipping would be the best play here and I just jam over the top here. You have 25% vs. 34** and are ahead vs. 789 which he might raise as well.
The thing is that calling as not an optin as you dont want to see another card here. And I think that shipping is better than folding.

raise/folding is fine but I prefer call eval turn (sans specific reads)

Dont plan your play against his worst possible hands.

weight it up,,, what does he raise and what does he call/fold.. ship seems like it could be profitable from villain description but really depends on how wide his range is than the set/34**

considering his range has 31% plus and we are this deep maybe its better to avoid, maybe he plays tighter because of your stack size...
