Checked to me - The way this particular table plays is as follows. If i bet Overpairs and underpairs will fold here. The only cards to call me would be J2 62, KJ, AJ and I'll get check raised by sets.
The continuing ranges you've given are a bit rough, but using them (and adding J6), it looks like you are taking the pot down somewhere around 20-25% of the time, higher if people donk out with strong hands sometimes. Interpret that info how you want.

In this scenario it sounds like the easiest bet/fold ever
How much do they overplay 1 pair or 2 pair hands (i.e. KJ, AJ, or something dumb like J6, 62)? What I mean is...would they check raise you? If so, check and keep the pot small for now. If not, bet and hope to take down the pot OR only get one or two callers. Essentially, you're hoping for a 7, 8, 9, or T on the turn. A Jack might not be great if your opponents treat middle and bottom sets as the nuts (like many bad players do). I would expect over pairs to be betting so I think we can rule out AA-QQ and JJ is unlikely since you've got one.
